Fruit Pizza Recipe 

 

Make sure the attention and the taste with this sweet "pizza," made of cookie-dough crust and bright colored fresh fruit toppings.

Makes: 12 serving
INGREDIENTS
·           1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® cooled sugar cookies
·           1 pack (8 oz) creme cheese, softened
·           1/3 cup of sugar
·           1/2 tsp vanilla
·           1 cup of ripe or canned peach pieces, cleared,   slash into thin slices
·           1 cup of halved or quartered fresh strawberries
·           1 cup of fresh or freezing blueberries
·           1/2 cup of apple jelly

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat up microwave to 350°F. Oiled 12-inch pizza baking pan or squirt with cooking food spray. Inside baking pan, break up cookie dough; push dough smoothly in bottom part of baking pan to form crust.
2. Bake 16 to 20 minutes or till glowing brown. Chill perfectly, around 30 minutes.
3. In smaller bowl, whip creme cheese, sugars along with vanilla using electrical mixing machine on normal speed capacity till fluffy. Spread out blend on top of chilled crust. Sort fresh fruit cover cream cheese.
4. Blend jelly till soft; scoop or lightly brush on top of fruits. Refrigerate till cooled, at minimum 1 hour. Slash straight into wedges or making squares. Keep in refrigerator.
